Venues/AccomodationsThe CSG-WEST meeting is being held during a very popular time of year in New Mexico. Our event is sandwiched between the fi rst two weekends in October when the Balloon Fiesta in Albuquerque is held. This is a world-renowned event, and guest room reservations in Santa Fe will go quickly. Please make your guest room reservations as soon as possible. We have negotiated special guest room rates at conveniently located downtown Santa Fe hotel properties. These special room rates will be available until September 4th, unless rooms sell-out sooner. Reservations will be confirmed and guaranteed only if accompanied by one night’s room deposit by check, money order, or credit card. Most hotels are within walking distance of the convention center. However, we will have shuttles running regularly between the properties and the convention center. There is NO headquarter hotel. All policy sessions and training forums as well as on-site meeting registration and CSG-WEST offices will be at the new downtown Santa Fe Convention Center.
