Welcoming Reception:400th Aniversary Celebration of Santa Fe
Sunday, October 4 (6PM-8PM)

While we celebrate Santa Fe being the oldest capital in the U.S., enjoy a warm welcome with local food and libations as you wander through one of the most beautiful modern-day capitols in the nation. New Mexico’s Capitol boasts an art collection that rivals that of any museum, featuring contemporary masterworks by artists who live and work in New Mexico. The Capitol Art Collection is housed throughout the public areas of the building on all four fl oors, as well as outdoors on the Capitol grounds.

Sabor (Taste) de Santa Fe
Monday, October 5 (6-9PM)

With fire places, courtyards and adobe walls, this magnificent new convention center combines the best of old and new Santa Fe style. The city’s renowned cuisine and cultural diversity vividly come to life at the Taste of Santa Fe, with comidas (foods), a mercado (market) and the sounds of Native America, mariachi and Western country music. You will be warmed to the soul by the blend of chile, history and traditions created by people whose roots in New Mexico stretch back centuries.

Gran Final: Chair’s State Dinner
Wednesday, October 7 (6-9PM)

This evening you will celebrate with old friends and new ones as we honor our 2009 CSG-WEST Chair, Representative Jose Campos, and our New Mexico legislative hosts. It will be an evening of fine food, music, special remembrances, presentations and good company. As you say “adios” or goodbye, we plan for you to leave Santa Fe with a very warm spirit of the Southwest.
